Installation:
1) Unzip the archive to a folder materiallibraries libraries 3dMax (eg, C: \ Program Files \ Autodesk \ 3ds Max 2009 \ materiallibraries)
2) Download any of the libraries in 3dMax unpacked and in the Material Editor to see which folder is looking for material texture (I have a C: \ Documents and Settings \ Administrator \ My Documents \ 3dsmax)
3) Unzip the folder contents of the archive maps
4) Use with pleasure
